Warranty

PREMIER PRODUCTS, LTD. - LIMITED WARRANTY

Premier Products, Ltd. warrants the original purchaser that their products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, for the life of the boat for cast stainless steel products and for a period of one (1) year for all other products from the date of purchase.

The warranty is voided if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or neglect, improper installation, or service, unauthorized modifications, misapplications or other use not arising out of defects in workmanship or materials.

Premier Products, Ltd. shall not be liable for loss or misuse of its products, or liable for any other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the original purchaser or by any other person or firm.

Premier Products, Ltd. will either replace or repair products covered under their warranty when returned prepaid and insured with proof-of-purchase date.

Returns must be approved in advance by Premier Products, Ltd.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Premier Products, Ltd. disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied. This limited warranty gives the purchaser specific rights that vary from state to state or from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Premier Products, Ltd., to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shall not be responsible or liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, special, incidental, consequential, or other indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of revenue or profits, or costs of removal, installations or reinstallation or any other monetary loss) arising out of the use or inability of the possibility of such damages.

It is the responsibility of the boat builder or person/company installing the product to evaluate Premier Products, Ltd. products for fitness and applicability to their specific need or use.
